New Development
Coping with the pressures and impacts associated with project development has long been a forte with the DBA staff. Areas where communities have been assisted include:
- Plan review and report preparation to determine compliance with community ordinances and standards
- On-site full time inspection of water, sewer and paving improvements.
- Construction coordination with community Public Works Departments.
- Follow-up observations to resolve post construction related problems.
